Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is an American author, singer and actress best known for playing Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. Bettle's musical Two's Company was her first acting role on stage in the 50s. In the 1950s, she acted as a stage performer in a few Broadway productions before gaining to national prominence with Li'l Abner's performance in the year 1957. That same year, she recorded her first album, It's Time to Tina. Louise was first seen in Hollywood as God's Little Acre which was a dramatic which was made in 1958. She performed the role of Griselda the main character of the movie. In the course of this film, she was began her studies at Actors Studio in New York and formed a connection with Lee Strasberg as his student. Another notable character she portrayed in the role of Ginger Grant, which CBS hired her for in 1964. Louise worked successfully in both Hollywood and Broadway as a somber character in order to dispel her image as a the glamour girl. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. As SG-1, and as Helen Magnus in Sanctuary although in the last few years she has also made an impact as an accomplished director on numerous well-known TV shows like Supernatural or The 100. She was born on 28 August 1965, in Essex. As a young girl, three, her family relocated her to Toronto in Canada where she spent her childhood. When she was selected in 1997 to play Samantha Carter she settled down in Vancouver and has been living there since then.
