Sharni Vison, an Australian American dancer/actor, was born on the 22nd of July, 1983 in Sydney Australia. Her first acting role was in the year 201 when she was requested to appear in the Australian Soap soap opera Home and Away where she played a small role in two episodes. Her performance in that limited character was so impressive that the casting agent of the show requested to cast her in the major characters in the show. The actress did however try out for the role, but she wasn't selected. Instead, during the same episode she played the role of Cassie turner who was an unruly teenager placed in foster care. Both the critics and fans of the show were awed by the role she played.
