Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. After a year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took a six-year break from the stage after earning her professional card in order to further her education. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed throughout the years following her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. In 2009, she had been awarded four fitness awards. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The show was a success and she finished third. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with her performance. Ariel had to compete against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows that use single arm pull downs with lats. First, she warms up prior to moving on to work out sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. This is accomplished by setting all of her back exercises doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be light weight day and the other days heavy weight.
