Pooja Hegde was born in Maharashtra Mumbai India on 13 October 1990. She is an Indian Film Actress, Model and known for her work in Tamil Telugu Hindi and other film productions. The person she is the daughter of Manjunath along with Latha. She has a sibling named Rishabh Hegde. Pooja's family is primarily located in Udupi. It is not only that she speaks Hindi fluently, but is also proficient in Tamil Telugu Kannada as well. Profession Pooja is a fan of fashion and modelling since early years and later decided to pursue a career as a model or actress. She started modelling while she was still studying. In 2010, she competed for Miss Universe India 2010 and came in second place. Then she focused her attention on films. Mughmodo the film that she made her debut in her career, was the result of an encounter with many south-based film makers. Mughmodo became her first movie after she approached various South-based film makers. Oka Laila Kosam followed as the second film that was offered. In the following months, she was offered several roles and participated in many south Indian films. The director was Ashutosh Govarikar in the film Mohanjo Dara where she played in the film alongside Hrithik Rohan. Following the success of the blockbuster version of the film it was back to Telugu. In the years following her debut in Bollywood movie, she had several Telugu films that were launched, such as Saakshyam Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava and Maharshi.
